Carolina Maine lives with a mental illness and has been serving the
NAMI Weld County
Board of Directors since August 2015 as a media specialist.
Her educational background includes a B.A. in political science from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. Her post-graduate education in public administration and emergency management has given her preparation and excitement to be part of NAMI and NAMI Weld County, Colorado’s mission to serve her community.
When she is not online, Carolina enjoys spending time with her two daughters, playing with her two rescue dogs, Sophie (Boston Terrier) and Gumbo (Possibly a Chiweenie), reading books and articles on mental health, writing, and occasionally making it to the gym!
